[Power apps Portal] How to modify power apps portal if you are still have the Adxstudio portal

Hi,

As we all know that Adxstudio portal already reached end of support about 1 year now, moving forward dynamics portal will be the only viable option.

Background of our organisation:

Dynamcis 365 online latest version

Adxstudio portal V7.0.0.26

Dynamics NAV 2016 On prem

Now PowerApps have the preview verison of the new portal app, but as we are the existing Adxstudio portal user, when I created a new portal app in PowerApps, it will automitiaclly read the existing web template (rewrite, aspx file) so that I cannot modify the portal in the PowerApps. (error message attached below)

As I mentioned above we want to migrate to dynamics portal therefore we need to take advantage of the PowerApps, in the mean time we cannot shut down the Adxstudio portal but we also want to use the existing UAT environment (with adx portal) to build the new portal app, is this doable? or we have to build a new instance to do that.
