send an email if the user has not filled in their data in sharepoint

hello community,

I would like to create a feed that notifies a user if they haven't entered an item in a sharepoint list.

I have two list
- list A: in this list I have the name and email address of the user
- list B: in this list the users must enter data.

If the user has not filled in their data, then I send them an email.

I can not retrieve the email of the user who did not provide information ..
if someone could help me

For List B you can check created by (Author) email matched from List A email address. Please see below.
