Hello,
I am having an issue where duplicate item is being created in my SharePoint list when a response is submitted to MS Form
How can I resolve this? It wasn't doing this initially until a week ago?
Any help would be appreciated
My list is doing the same thing.

I cannot duplicate your issue. I checked Service health in the Admin center and don't see anything that may cause this issue. I suggest checking the service health for you tenant. If you don't see anything, submit a support request.
