It's a bit weird problem, Dropdown options are showing for a particular user. Not just in one App, all the apps that we shared with that user, User couldn't be able to see the dropdown options.

What is the Items of the drop-down
I have mapped the SharePoint list column, And the column type is choice.
If the choices are from the same list as the rest of the form, sorry I have no idea (there is no reason it should not work if the user can see the rest of the list information). I was suspecting you were getting the Items from another source not properly shared with the user.

I have added one gallery and inside the gallery i have the mapped only the particular SharePoint list column. And I have given the access to the user too. Previously it was working fine from one year. But suddenly, he couldn't be able to access or see the dropdown options.
