Starting February 28, 2023 Selenium IDE will no longer be supported. Migrate your flows created with Selenium IDE to Power Automate for desktop or delete them.
I have been preparing to write up a formal request to test if Power Automate can be used to migrate several Selenium-based scripts to more maintenance-friendly automation(1) when I learned the following news above.
How can I convert my Selenium scripts to Power Automate Desktop?
Does this mean that after February 28, I can no longer do the web data extraction using Power Automate?
(1) Background: Currently, we use Selenium to help with data migration and data integration for our government Open Data website--particularly in data sources where no API or micro-service exists due to technical barriers. So understanding how to convert Selenium Scripts is something that affects my organizations direct purpose on using Selenium.
