Restore old versions of app

Versions of an app I created in 2018 have the RESTORE feature greyed out. Unable to restore. Can you fix this??

 

Versions Created in 2019 have the RESTORE option.

    I'm not sure there is anything that can be done to fix that.  The problem is that the schema of the CDS database was updated from v1 to v2 earlier this year.  I suspect the older versions were stored in the V1 database and although they still show up they can't be restored to the V2 database.
