I have this as my Date, can I make this as datestamp Today() October-2020 instead of 12/31/2001.

@eka24 Sharepoint get 1593360000000 instead of October 2020, do you know how can I convert?

I suggest you add a calculated column in sharepoint and convert the date column to October 2020.
Then in PowerApps, save the full date instead of formatting to "mmmm-yyyy"
Will I use a conditional statement that if 1593360000000 = October 2020? Or is there anyway on converting i believe this is a long date to date?
What an saying is in powerapps, maintain the normal date: dd-mmm-yyyy
Then create a calculated date column in sharepoint to to get the format: Month-year (mmmm-yyyy).
So 2 columns, your usual date column dd-mmm-yyyy and another column which will calculate from the date column as month-year
(=TEXT([Created],"mmmm"&" "&"yyyy")
With the above, you will not have issues with 1593360000000.
