ReportHI, I would like to know can Power Automate creates a dynamic multi-level questions in a form as below example
Question 1 with 3 checkbox (A, B, C)
If the user selects checkbox A; Then it will appear question A1, A2 for user to fill in the data
If the user selects checkbox B; Then it will appear question B1, B2 for user to fill in the data
If the user selects checkbox C; Then it will appear question C1, C2 for user to fill in the data
