I'm trying to display items within the items menus using an If formula, but I'm having some trouble with area in yellow any help is appreciated.  Essentially if iin another drop down they selected "mobile" then within this drop down give me 123 and 234 otherwise leave blank.

    Hi @joel914823

    I think this is what you want:

    If(
     Dropdown1.Selected.Value = "Mobile",
     ["123", "456"],
     [""]
    )

    Hi @joel914823,

    The dropdown expects a table value, so you want to return an empty table rather than empty string. You also don't need to include "Items" before the list of values (see below):

    If(
     LOBDropDown.Selected.Value = "Mobile",
     ["123", "234"], []
    )

     Alternatively, since the Request Type is expected to be blank if something other than Mobile is selected, you could disable or hide the control as well, and set the default value to blank, when "Mobile" is not selected.
