Use Paging cookie in flow

Hi,

I use a flow to send a get request in this format

https://xxxxx.crm4.dynamics.com//api/data/v8.2/contacts?fetchXml=<fetch><entity name="contact" ><attribute name="contactid" /><attribute name="firstname" /><orderattribute="firstname" /></entity></fetch>

I use the json answer to do a update on each contact, it works fine as long its maxium 5000 records.  To get more records I need to use paging cookie. Anyone know if its possible to achieve that in flow?

thanks!

    Hi @Anonymous,

Which flow plan are you using?

Please check the following doc on flow limitations, from the doc we know that there is a limit on Apply to each items, 100,000 is only available for premium plans, otherwise, you are limited to 5,000.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/limits-and-config

By the way, you could also consider enabling Pagination which enables you to handle more records than are returned in a single call from a service.

Please check more details on Pagination at here:

    https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/four-connector-action-settings/

    Hope it would be helpful.

    Best regards,

    Mabel

    Thank you,

Where can I see whitch  flow plan im using?

I have another flow that uses the "standard" list records from 365-action.  In that flow im using the pagination setting to recieve up to 100 000 records.

However, the pagniation setting is not availible under the action "azure http reqest-action"  I also tried to use a standard http-request to make my fetchXML request.  The pagnigation shows up there, but doesent effect the answer.  I still got maximum 5000 records.
