Hi All,
I have a slight issue. I have a SharePoint site which is classed as a "Team Site". There are numerous lists and doc libraries which reside in the site in which several apps and flows are used to write or extract information in order to process projects.
Half the users of the apps and flows aren't in the "team" and shouldn't have access to the site itself, the other half need access to the apps, flows and site.
Is this possible?

I think it will depend on how your Admin team has everything set up, in what you can and can not do.
But in my Teams environment I can specifically share lists with certain people or groups via clicking the i) then manage access, then clicking the plus. I then add whoi want/what permissions i want them to have, and save this which gives them access to that specific list
