Error 500 on Power Apps Community Plan

I am starting getting BadGateway 500 error when cliking the "Create an individual enviroment"  button on Power Apps Community Plan page (https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/communityplan/) .

This error page is below.

Shoud I contact MS team for this error?

I don't know what to do.

Please tell me "better practice".

 

(I am Japanese, and my English skill is broken.)
