    Hi @cattuong ,

Based on this, you need PBI Premium with reserved capacity.  I don't think your Pro trial will allow for this feature.

sadly a prem per user license has the same error... so to email a pdf paginated report will cost me 5 grand a month for 'reserved' capacity... oh my!  I am not really sure what prem per user licence is good for then...  if your paginated reports can only be run interactively.... oh, well.

Did you manage to solve it? Here also the same error occurs in the premium license.

For a product whose motto is to "Democratize the automation/software development by giving power to the end users". $5000 a month to create an automated pdf report makes so much sense for a small business trying improve its redundant processes.  Kudos to the whole team on pricing of this product/feature!

Its absolute BS. We spent months developing Sharepoint website to save money and improve costs just to get to the end and they want to absolutely rape the little guy. WTF, what SMB can afford that $5000 for a basic feature. We only run a few reports. Microsoft and Google, someone needs to develop competing capabilities.
