Flow is stuck on sending emails and never gets delivered

Hi,

My power automate workflow is stuck and doesn't fail but not sure what is happening. Couple of users got the approvals but not all, I have checked and all of them are on 365 and correctly setup, nothing in their junk email folders. They used to receive, but now it's become bit random. Can someone help

Did the 1st user approve/reject? if not, the process will wait for their response before moving to the following approver based on your design.

Hi royg, Thank you for responding. I checked with users and see who has got it. ? Also, a person reassigns to someone else, but the flow is still stuck in the same way.

Why not use one action to start and wait for an approval?
You can set the Approval type to "Custom Responses - Wait for all responses" and after everyone submits you can iterate through the responses and perform your logics.

Sure royg. I will try the alternate solution, this is my first power automate thing. While we were doing test all the emails were being received without any issues. Are there any kinds of "logs" to see where it's waiting?
