Use checkbox to filter gallery based on current user

I have a gallery called Gallery2 in a ticketing system. I want to create a checkbox that will allow the gallery to be filtered based on the current user. The name in SharePoint is 'Assigned to' and it is by UserName. So when the user clicks that checkbox, it will filter the tickets so it shows only ones that are assigned to them.

    Hi @starnewc060708

    You can do a conditional filter:

    If(CheckBox.Checked, Filter(YourList, 'Assign To'.Email = User().Email),YourList)

    That just threw me an error. I don't want to display by email. Want to by DisplayName.

    So just do it the adjusment for DisplayName :

    If(CheckBox.Checked, Filter(YourList, 'Assign To'.DisplayName = User().DisplayName),YourList)

    Still get an error. Not just one piece, it's the whole formula.

    Here it an example that i did with my list:

    There is a gallery with no filters, and when I hit Check the box "My Itens" that was the result:

    So the formula still the same:

    wolenberg__2-1710442899287.png

    If(
     Checkbox1.Value,
     Filter(
     'Your List',
     Approver.DisplayName = User().FullName
     ),
     'Your List'
    )

    Hi @starnewc060708,

    It won't display by email, it's just a filter parameter because sometimes DisplayName from SP Person column is not the same one as the Full Name  from User() function.

    So, filter by Email is relatively safe.

    If(CheckBox.Value, Filter(YourList, 'Assign To'.Email = User().Email),YourList)
