Hi,
So for each Tenant/License you have some much capacity, including the number of actions you can execute over a period of time.
It seems that either you have a super low limit of actions, or there are other flows running that are burning through them, OR this particular Action actually counts as more than 1 as it runs.
Unfortunately the only way to get around it is, find the things burning through your Total Actions (for your license), increase your capacity/buy a new license.
