Warranty Date expiration via email notification

Hi, I am a new Power Automate user. I need help in regards to making a flow for to get emails on warranty expiration eg 90,60,30 days. Currently, I have read through a few similar posts in regards to such flow, however I am having trouble extracting the items from Excel as similar posts uses SharePoint get items.

The excel list mainly has description and warranty dates in dd-MM-yyyy format. A separate field with the in advanced dates has also been implemented and added.

I am also quite curious as to how do i go about to extract a calculated field into Power Automate. Based on my understanding instead of extracting the calculated field, i should instead do the calculations via Flow. But i am unsure as to how to go about doing that.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hello @keiya20 , could you provide a template of your excel file with at least one lign on data ?
What I understood :
you have an Excel file with two columns (Expiration Date and Description)
You want to create a Schedule that will get the expiration date, calcultate the difference between today and the date
Send email 1 if difference = 90, email2 if 60, Email3 if 30
Right ?
