Hi @sahmed786
to give you detailed answer. let's take the same example used in above response.
Consider i am using get items to get list of all items used in a list.
Now i am iterating through list items using an apply to each loop with loop name as Apply to each 2 like below

Now if you take any dynamic content for column value under that items list like Reviewer Name column. If you hover over that just like i did above- you will see a json structure like items('Apply_to_each_2')?['ReviewerName'] , here it means items('Apply_to_each_2') represent the current iterating item. and we are getting ReviewerName property value from it.
so the part of expression items('Apply_to_each_2') have the loop name in which it is present but spaces are replaced with underscores (spaces should be consider as _ while writing action names). So if the expression was something like this in same loop - items('Apply_to_each')?['ReviewerName'] , Then it mean loop name should be Apply to each instead of Apply to each 2, But it is not , so for such cases we would get the error like as you got.

So check the same for your case in send email actions- check the expression behind the dynamic content and expression written and see whether there is any expression which have For each instead of For each 1 as your loop name is For each 1.
