When joining Flow for the first time, on signing in, I misclicked and checked the "accept to receive occasionnal promotional emails", but I don't find the place to revoke it and I'm quite in panic considering the consquences of this.
How can I turn it off?

Unfortunately, there is no option that cancel accept to receive occasional promotional emails in Flow.
There is an idea with the same issue, you can vote it to help improve the new user experience:
