Hi,
I am sharing my app with other users (who have access to powerapps based on their O365 subscription) and it shows the message 'It looks like you don't have access to this app. Ask it's owner to share it with you' even though I have. I have also given full control to all relevant data connections from the two lists in SP.
Update - the only way an end user gets access to the app is to add the whole organisation option. Then they get access. Thing is I don't want the whole organisation to get access.
Any ideas?

Hi cardinalpipkin,
Please make sure you have shared both the app and data sources to shared users.
Please take these two docs for a reference:
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/share-app/
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/share-app-resources/
To test this issue, I create an app based on SharePoint list, then share it with one of my group members with “Can edit” permission.
Then I also share the SharePoint list the app is based on to shared user with “Full control” permission.
Shared user can open the shared app without issues, there is no error returned.
Could you try it again on your side?
Please also try to share another app to see if you will get the same issue.
Please feel free post back if you are still having the issue.
Best regards,
Mabel Mao
