Flow to create csv file from list doesn't include person value

I have a flow in my powerapps app, using lists as datasource. The flow works as expected, with the exception of two things. Firstly, in some (seemingly) random fields, there are string identifiers "" added to the string, but it does not happen to every row, just in some. What could be the cause of this? Here is a sample of the exported csv:

Kamera,Fotonummer,Sett_mot,Fotograf,Motiv,Opptaksdato
Sett i profil.

",2023-05-30
Kamera 1,608,SV,,"Struktur 280 før snitting
",2023-05-30

A second problem is that the person field is not getting exported at all, but no errors are given. Is there a formula to use instead that exports the display name of 'Fotograf Value' as seen in the image below?

Person field is the Fotograf fieldPerson field is the Fotograf field

The double quotes are added to fields that contain a , in the value. It has to do that or the comma would be considered a delimiter instead of part of the value.

For the person field make sure you select the dynamic content for the Email or Display name.  The person field itself is an object and can't be exported to a CSV. The email property or the Display name of the person can be.

Thank you for the reply, that makes a lot of sense. You have any suggestions on how to do a workaround?

I realised that the person error wasn't in fact a person field, but a text field populated with a selected value from a list of names (not O365 users). And it turns out the problem is related to the fact that powerapps for some reason isn't writing the data to the list. It's a powerapps problem, so ill post on that forum.

There really isn't a workaround for the double quotes around fields with an embedded comma.  That's the way CSV is designed to work.  Most programs that read CSV will strip those out when importing the CSV.  The only workaround would be to do a Replace() on the field and substitute something else for the comma or leave it out entirely.
