Every sync duplicating thumbnail.css

Since this morning, we are getting the following message in our portal studio -

Duplicate CSS files are preventing styling changes from displaying accurately. To remove one of the duplicate files, go to site management

 

We noticed that there were multiple thumbnail.css -

We deleted the duplicates and retained one -

Next, we reloaded the studio and the error message is gone about the duplicate css. Now we hit 'Sync' and the error message comes back and we notice that the sync button has recreated additional thumbnail.css.

    can you open a ticket with microsoft?

    Did you install an update lately?

     

    It seems to be a bug.
