Reshape data from datasource

Hi,

 

I am working on competency assessment tool.

I have assessment records in following format in Sharepoint list.

Competency, Employee, Status/result

Excel for illustration.

Is it possible to somehow transform it to following format in collection?

We want to have screen showing a heatmap of people competencies.

Quantity of people in each team may vary.

But even it was fixed, I don't know if it is possible.
