Flows not triggered correctly

When i use create an item trigger  i believe that each item should launch its own flow occurrence.  Any ideas why it wouldn't?  If 2 items are added close together (time wise) then I get 1 flow occurrence with 2 items in it.  Really important I get this fixed asap.

    Can you post a screen shot of your Flow?  That will make it much easier to assist.

    Just a thought, though I have not used it myself... could this be anything to do with the "Split On" toggle in the settings for the trigger?
