I'm trying to trigger an action (reply to a message with specific content) whenever a message is added to a channel with a specific subject line. However the flow never triggers, neither during Test nor if I save the message. If I build the Reply action separately e.g. with a manual trigger, it works fine.

How can I troubleshoot this? Should I talk to my IT department?
