Duplicate emails being sent to users with multiple tasks

The flow I am working on is pictured. I am experiencing that when a user has multiple tasks, they are getting duplicate emails, and I am unsure of how to fix this. Am I missing a step that eliminates the duplicates being sent? Thank you in advance

@z_prins It's hard to say without seeing your actions expanded. Could you click on each action and expand it and upload a screenshot of your flow with all actions expanded?

In the meantime, I cover how to send multiple SP items in a single email in this YT Tutorial: How to Send a SINGLE EMAIL ✉️ with multiple SharePoint list items | Build THIS Power Automate Flow

@creativeopinion here are the expanded views, Compose - CSS is just the formatting for the HTML with the dynamic content added at the end to populate. Email utilizes dynamic content to populate the subject line and body for a qty of open tasks and the person receiving the email and the HTML table.

@z_prins The logic of your flow needs to be adjusted. You need to first create a list of unique users. I cover how to do that in this section of the tutorial.

Using the union() function on the output of your Select action as you've done here is incorrect. The Select action is outputting the Name, Task, Due Date and Title of each of your SP items from the Get Items action in your flow.

Unless you have duplicate items (with the same Name, Task, Due Date and Title) — the union() function isn't really doing anything here. You need to Select the Users only. Then with the union() function create an array of unique users to loop through.

This Apply to Each action should be looping through each unique user. Currently it's looping through each item in your SP list.

    Hope this helps!
