Issue connecting PAD to the Cloud / Portal

Hey,

Wondering if anyone has any tips / helpful things to try.

I have a full RPA license (attended & unattended).

I'm using proxy and had to update several of the .config files with the proxy details, before I could use PAD and the register the machine on the PA Machine Runtime.

It now runs on the desktop and the machine is registered.

However, when I log in the Powerautomate and go to 'Monitoring' > 'Machine', I get the following

the DB for the environment appears up to date. (there isn't an option to update it)

Database version

9.2.22121.00162

I've gone through the security roles for 'Environment Maker' and the ones starting with 'Desktop Flow' and set the 'custom entities' that start with 'Flow Machine' to the organisation level.

any advice?

Thanks

    Hi @JonathanLee ,

Please check your PAD and PA Cloud are in same environment.

    Hey Kaif,

They're both in the same environment, If i look in the Dataverse table 'Flow Machine' I can see that the laptop is register and in the Dataverse.

    Thanks

Remove machine and add it again in PAD and PA cloud.

I don't think it's a connectivity issue, the machines appear in the Dataverse in 'Flow Machine' and the desktop flows can be seen in the 'Solution' under 'Desktop Flows'. the PA cloud doesn't display the information on the 'Monitor' > 'Machines' and 'Flows' > 'Desktop Flows'.

if machine details are not showing in PA cloud (Monitor > Machines), then add it.

    Hey Kaif,

I'm not able to add it, the screen doesn't load, just the spinning circle. the 'flows' > 'desktop flows' doesn't load either

If i go to Data > Connections. I can add a connection to the laptop and it connects.

    Thanks
