This is the message that users are seeing when attempting to access the PowerApps application in the production environment. Can someone explain why one would get this pop up and does it cause any writeback issues?
The PowerApps application uses SQLServer data as the back-end and it has nothing to do with the dataverse.
When you create an environment in the Power platform Admin center there is an option to secure it with an AAD security group. I suspect your app is in an environment that has been secured with such a group and the people trying to use the app aren't members of that group. You can see the group in the Environment details pane in the admin center.
