My flow appears to be triggered 5x every time??

Hi everyone, I have a 3 rules that are triggered by a modified item. I understand that all 3 rules will be triggered at the same time (and they are) but I don't understand why they are all appearing in the history as if they were all triggered

    Do you mean your flow has 3 triggers?  Flows should only include one trigger in almost every circumstance.  If you have three different triggers then your flow will trigger multiple instances each time an item is modified.
