Hello,

I want to automate my sharepoint stock inventory so that when the stock is below a certain number it sends the email to certain people.

The thing is I would like to do it in such a way that the stock number differentiates for each item in the sharepoint list.

i.e.

PC - sends an email when the stock is less than 2
Monitor - sends an email when the stock is less than 5
Keyboard - sends an email when the stock is 0

etc.

Is this even possible and if not can someone explain to me how to atleast get the email to be sent when the stock changes.
Mind that the sharepoint list has a collumn Name and Stock
