Hello,

I would like to find in one excel sheet all the device attributed to a user from another excel sheet.

I know how to do it in excel directly but not in the power automate.

I would like to add in an email :

user name

device 1

device 2

device 3...

could you help me ?

ok.
I have 2 excel files.
the first is a list of users who leave the company
the second is a list of all my user with their assets
i want to send an email to each users of the first list with their device (from the second list)
One user can have only one device or more.

sorry for my english and if it's not enought clear, tell me.

i find how to do for the compose.
I have just one probleme, i have 14K lines in my excel for the devices and the filter don't check all the lines.
Is there a way to do it ?

Hi @666lestat,

I can suggest a simple way. You can open two excels and do the vlookup between the excels and get the results.

Then the result excel can be used to send the emails by using Power Automate.

Once you have the results ( people with their asset Ids, Email address) then create a FLOW and send the emails.

just to be sure i correcty understood the limitation.
i have max 20 leavers but 14k devices.
is it the excel with the 14k device the problem ? or i miss something ?

i found something. My limit seems to be the "list row present in a table" (limited to 256).

Eureka, i found the solution.
I activate the pagination in the setting of the list row present in a table and configure it to 14k.
perfect.
a last question.
When i delete and replace or save on the old excel, i lost the connexion (i'm not sure to be clear)
