Flow to save multiple email attachments in Sharepoint keeps running forever

Dear members of the PA community,

I build a desktop flow months ago to prepare a drafted email with six excel attachments on it. In that regard, I created a cloud flow to, once I sent the mail, saving the attachments in a Sharepoint folder (based on current year and current month). However, the flow doesn't work anymore and it keeps running forever, so the attachments are not saved in this folder anymore.

I don't think it's an issue related to the variables but to the action "Apply to all'' since it's at this stage of the flow where it gets stuck. I have tried so many different things and alternatives but nothing seems to be working. Could anyone give me a hand?

Best regards,

Iván

Update: I tried the same but I deleted the "Create New Folder" action and it does work, meaning it saves the attachments in the folder.

It's only when there is a "Create New Folder" action that it doesn't work. I use this action for other flow and it creates a folder when we start a new month and if the folder is already created it just skips to the create file action.  Is there any reason this is not working in this specific flow?

    Hi @ivanalvarez ,

The thing is you cannot create folder with the same name, it will cause an error. In your flow, each loop in the Apply to each creates the same folder, so if you have 2 attachments, the second loop stops.

In Create file action, if the file path is a folder that doesn't exist at that time, the action will create the folder automatically, so you don't need the Create new folder action.

    Best regards,
