I've made a process visualisation app that uses lists for the process and based on which step is being viewed different files are displayed in a gallery to the right of the main text. From my perspective everything seems fine, the files show up where and how I want, but when I've spread this app in my organization our baseline user (site visitors) doesn't get any files shown in the galleries. I've tried hosting the files on two different sharepoint sites with the same result, on the one site that had a bit of a different access levels defined I could not get the files to show up until I gave the user "Full controll" access to the document library. On the new site, our newly built intranet, I can get files to show up when they are given the Member-role, which is the level we put our intranet editors at.

Edit: Some admin had implemented a Policy which gave me issues. Delete message if possible.
