Hi guys,

I encountered a problem using the build-in Map (Dynamic map control powered by Azure Maps) where the map marker disappears after you leave the screen and come back to it. When the screen initially loads it works like a charm. The only way to get the marker back is changing the 'icon' value (while writing and testing some more even this didn't seem to work anymore...).

As a test I've mocked up two buttons and a map control (see attached image 'AzureMapMarker.png')

Button1:

I've tried changing the icon via a variable but that doesn't seem to work. Using different icons on both buttons doesn't give a result either; in all cases that I've tried the marker is just not visible until you restart the whole app.

Couldn't find anything relevant on the forum or elsewhere using Google.

Am I approaching this the wrong way or does the map not work like it's supposed to do?
