power app has stopped working correctly

Hello
I have an application that has been stable for a long time, but on a day when the application was run by quite a few users, (approx 75), the application stopped working correctly for some users, even showing the message that the browser was not works.

The application has as SharePoint data source
I tried opening the application in Chrome, Firefox and Edge and deleting cookies, but none of them worked.

Any ideas that may be happening?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Could you 

    1)describe more clearly about the situation that you met this error ?

    2)what is the error message?

    3)show me the screenshoot?

    You could try:
    1)clean your brower's cache

    2)update the browser to the latest version

    3)try other browsers

    3)make sure your network is in good condition
