Hi, Im new to flow. I would like to create a flow by sending an approval email when an order is created. The situation is:

when Total sales order amount is greater than the credit limit value,

need to send approval for sales order.

sales order is from standard order entity while credit limit is from standard account entity.

Hi @NurNina,

You could following these steps to approach that:

1. Create a Flow with trigger when a record is created;

2. Create a condition action to check if the total sales order count column is greater than the credit limit column value;

3. If yes, send an approval request to record editor.

I used send email with options. Is it possible to add comment, like adding comment why the order is rejected?

@v-litu-msft can I use start an approval? but I only want the approval request to be sent to one specific email

Hi @NurNina,

You could try to create Start and wait for response action, then append one specific email into the Assigned to parameter.

Prerequisites

If it’s the first-time you're using approvals in your organization, ensure you have the following prerequisites:

A Microsoft Dataverse database.

A valid license to create flows.
