Automatically updating a Sort ID

Hi, 

 

I have a list of questions in an App and I need to the Sort ID's to automatically update when the user adds a new question into the app. 

 

So, if they add a question and want it to be number one, I would need all all the other ID's to reflect this and be added by 1. Is this possible to do in SharePoint/The App itself?

    It sounds possible. But please share your current sort formula as well as formulas of adding a new question into the App.

    Hi @v-jefferni, apologies for the late reply, I have added in my sort formula below and in terms of adding the questions into the app the user is just doing this via SharePoint for now (I have not built this into the app yet).
