369I was frustrated by Power Automate's lack of a good method of exporting an at-a-glance view of an entire workflow. I found a method that gives terrific results! Check it out: (EDIT: I believe the Forums compressed my image when it uploaded)
What you need:
- Chrome or Edge (for their developer tools)
- The "FireShot" extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/take-webpage-screenshots/mcbpblocgmgfnpjjppndjkmgjaogfceg?hl=en-US
The steps:
1. Open a workflow and expand the nodes according to your desired output.
2. Open the developer tools (CTRL + Shift + I)
3. In the "Elements" tab, delete these three lines:
4. Run the FireShot extension with the "Capture Entire Page" option.
That's it! FireShot will generate a perfect screen capture of your workflow that you can export into any format you wish.
