How to set variable to true (Visible property) when dropdown value is selected

Hi

 

I have a dropdown that is datacardvalue1. 

If datacardvalue1 = Closed then Set(conclusion, true) 

 

How can I do this? where do I do this?

I am trying to make my popup visible when a value is selected.

    I would attempt to set the variable on the OnChange property of the dropdown control.
