Potential Multiplexing?

The following construct: A model-driven app (MDA) is used by several users. The MDA sends a Power Automate Flow. This accesses a tool via an API interface. This tool has data stored on-prem. Other people can access the tool, but they do not have access to the MDA. Now all MDA users have a license. The MDA now pulls data from the tool. In the MDA, the data is processed by the licensed users and then written back to the tool via the flow. From there, other people can access and operate on the data.
Are there any problems with multiplexing here?
