Is it possible to add the data to work queue using API from external application?

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement to add the data to work queue from external application using API, is it possible to do so?

I have the same question (1)

    Hey @rupalipatel 

     

    Yes, it is possible. First you have to Extract Data from API and converts it to a JSON format then you will be able to add to Queue.

    Thanks @Sayan for the suggestion, I have a requirement where the external application will be adding the information to the work queue. I can not use cloud flow or desktop flows to add information to work queue.

    There is no Action to add data from an External Application as I explored Power Automate.

    You may try to explore "Dataverse API" from the below link:

    Use the Microsoft Dataverse Web API (Dataverse) - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn

     

    You can use the above web api as like other web api and you can push your work items into power automate work queue.
