powerautomate flow and how to view the photo in the app

Hello to all. I have saved a base 64 image in my server folder. From my app I would like to take the image using the FTP protocol and view it in my app. Could you give me some advice on how to set up the powerautomate flow and how to view the photo in the app Thanks in advance
