Hi, I'm new to using Power Automate. My organization uses this particular flow to track the approvals of 5 different teams. Not all 5 teams necessarily respond within the 30 day timeout limit, so I revised the flow to incorporate a double-approval process since I read that this could be a work around. I thought this would extend the timeout limit to 60 days, but it seems to be causing more issues and isn't working as intended.

The first approval for each team runs properly. The timeout duration is set to 'P29D'. The second approval is set to run after the first approval has timed out, but it isn't getting to that point. The entire flow has been failing at 29 days and 12 hours of running. Why isn't my second approval being executed and allowing an additional 29 days to respond?

The error message I receieve is that my 'apply to each 7' failed, however 'condition 8' should only run once the second approval has timed out. Both approval one and approval two are set for a P29D timeout duration. The second approval only runs for a few seconds shown below.
