Work Anniversary email sending issue

Dear All

created a Flow to send work anniversary .

the condition added was date of hiring contains the output.

output is formatDateTime(utcNow(),'MM-dd') .

the issue is , for example if the date of hiring was 26/11/2004 . the email is sending on April 11 .

kindly for your support .

Is the date stored as a full date (26/11/2004 not 11-26) and what is your expression you use to generate the match?

Can you try
formateDateTime(DayOfHirefromSharePoint,'MM-dd') in the left of the condition.

Instead of using the Apply to Each action to loop through all items in your SP list and run a condition check on each item to see if their anniversary date is today—it's much more efficient to use a Filter Array action. This way you can filter out the items returned from your SP list first before you loop through them.

sorry you need to add the field from sharepoint instead of Date of hiring from sharepoint (its the value you have in the condition already)
