Tonight I am attempting to open a Model-Driven App and am receiving the following error:

 

Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support.

 

I have this app in 2 environments, 1 in a unmanaged solution, the other in a managed solution and I receive the same error on both.

    Hi @schuess3 ,

     

    Can you try running Monitor for the app, then launching the App from the Monitor page? It should hopefully inform as to what is causing the app to not run.

     

    See screenshots below on how to run the Monitor session.

    Turns out it was a cache issue. Clearing Edge browser cache for all time fixed the issue.
