UI element Freeze with the page become unresponsive

Hi All,

I encountered 1 issue with UI element which is when I want to use it on a heavy loaded website.

At first login those i had no issue captured the UI element, but once i entered a page that full of dropdown and button to be press, the red frame will appear very slow, and when you try to ctrl+left click it, then frame will disappeared, and the whole Power automate freeze, same goes with the page and nothing was record.

I tried it with IE, Edge, Chrome and Firefox, all faced the same issue, all browser is equipped with PAD extension.

The only surprised was, if I were tried this on Opera browser, it got no issue with it.

Any other alternative way i can get a workaround on this issue?

Well, i had some UI elements setup to begin with. Those stopped working, and when i tried to capture new ones, i encountered the issue you described.
I ended up modifying my existing controls, so it looks like it is working now. But the issue remains, Power Automate is not able to capture anything from that homepage anymore. It's a closed system, so unfortunately i can't show you.
