[Need Help] Creating a flow that retrieve the email or user ID of the menbers of Sharepoint Site that open certain files.

Hi,
I'm trying to create a flow that alerts people that they have a document in sharepoint that they need to read.

First the flow needs check what employees in the company have already read the document and send some kind of warning to the others that did not read it.

The flow needs to retrieve the information (who open the document) from files in the sharepoint document library ( the print below in the red circle).

I try to do this in power automate, but there are no fields related to the people who open the document. I also checked the output of this flow and nothing.

Could you guys help me with this?

I catched the api by using browser develop mode. (F12)

Firstly, turn on this setting.
