365 PowerApps Storage Question

Hello,

I have PowerApps as part of 365 and have a couple of questions.

First question is - has anybody come across this error message before ? when I am using PowerApps 365 version , which should not need a license ?

Secondly - dashboard indicates im using more storage than I have , where does the 365 PowerApp version store data as default ? and can I buy more storage space from Microsoft or what.

Lastly - what storage does the PowerApps 365 Version come with by default ? as in how much storage space .

If you have SharePoint and you are getting this message there’s something wrong. Call Microsoft support to get this fixed.

It sounds like you are in an environment that is not your default. If you are on a Office 365 only license then you only have capacity for a default environment. There have been times over the last couple years that you could create a second environment, but that is no longer possible with an Office license. If you are in your default environment then as @mdevaney says you need to open a support call. But this happened to me a few months ago and it was because I had a pre-existing second environment that I created back before they tightened the rules. Removing the second environment fixed the problem for me.
