The datetime string must match ISO 8601 format

Hi all,

I have a flow which has been running fine for many months, but has now failed 3 times since the beginning of the year with the error code below:

Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Add_a_row_into_a_table' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'In function 'formatDateTime', the value provided for date time string '' was not valid. The datetime string must match ISO 8601 format.'.

The thing that is confusing me is the 'line 0 and column 0' bit cause I dont know how to reference this.

I have checked all of my date formatting in the flow and nothing has changed so I am completely baffled.

A screenshot of the flow is below:

In all of the date entries, my expression is as below:

formatDateTime(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/r04e1404d7efa46e99eb6848bfd2b9786'],'dd/MM/yyyy')

This is pulling the date entries from the form.

Can anybody help as this sudden failure is causing me real issues!

    Hi @Gwill1983

I would put outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/r04e1404d7efa46e99eb6848bfd2b9786'] into a compose and re-run.  Then check the output.  Could someone have recreated the date field and it has a new internal name?  Then all you need to do is update the flow.  Alternatively look at the history, open up get responses, show output and then search for r04e1404d7efa46e99eb6848bfd2b9786 or the date that you believe has been submitted to the form.

    Cheers
    Damien
