add number of workers for each day of the year (calendar)

Good night. I hope you can guide me about the best method to carry out the following activity. I am requiring to transfer this data from Excel and automate it with SharePoint and PowerApps.

In column B there are companies and in row 4 the days of the year. It is required to complete how many workers went to work each day. Any advice on how I can achieve this. Very grateful for any kind of help.
